30 Day Self Challenge
Become what you think about by following these steps for 30 days:
1. On an index card, write what you want most out of life. A clearly defined single goal.
2. Carry this card so you can read it a few times and day but don’t show it to anyone.
3. Read it when you wake up in the morning in a joyful, relaxed, and positive mood.
4. Take a look at the card before you go to sleep as well. Remember you are to become what you are thinking about as you read.
5. Stop thinking of what you fear. This is a difficult task but when you think negative or fearful, change it into a mental picture of your positive set goal.
6. Do more than you have to do during these 30 days.
7. You need to take control of your thoughts.
